These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of digital products offered on valorhub.eu. By completing a purchase or using this website, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.
ValorHub sells digital products, including ebooks and online courses. All product descriptions, prices, and formats are stated at the point of purchase. Prices are displayed in EUR.
As a small business registered under the German Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 19 UStG), we are exempt from charging German VAT on our prices. Our payment processor acts as Merchant of Record for international transactions and may collect applicable local taxes under their own obligations.
Payments are processed by our payment processor, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment processor's terms of service. We do not receive or store payment card information. The identity of the active payment processor is stated in our Privacy Policy.
Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment via a download link sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the e-mail address is correct.
If you do not receive your download link, contact info@valorhub.eu and we will resend it.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost.
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery, you expressly consent to this and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for full details.
All content — including text, images, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Maksym Donets unless otherwise stated. Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, ValorHub and Maksym Donets are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products or website. Liability for intentional misconduct and gross negligence remains unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms is Munich, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers in the EU: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures and do not currently participate in such proceedings.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. The current version is always available at this URL.
