Payments are handled by our payment provider as Merchant of Record (checkout, payment data, taxes). We never receive card details. Its privacy policy is linked on the checkout page and in your receipt. Purchase data (name, e-mail, billing country) is processed for payment, delivery and tax-retention duties under Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR and kept for 10 years (statutory).
Your e-mail address and access status are stored in Supabase (Supabase, Inc., 970 Tresser Blvd, Stamford, CT 06901, USA) to check your entitlement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention: for the duration of access. Transfer to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
When you sign up for the free chapter, we process your e-mail address to send it and further information about the book. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: until you unsubscribe, via the link in every e-mail or at info@valorhub.eu. Recipients: our n8n instance on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany; Nuremberg data centre) and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France) for sending.
When you write to us through a contact form or by e-mail, we process your name, the contact method you chose with your e-mail address or – if you choose WhatsApp or Telegram – your phone number or username, optionally your company/workshop, and your message to answer you. The automatic reply e-mail goes only to requests with e-mail as the contact method; for WhatsApp or Telegram we answer there (see section 7a). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in replying). Recipients: our n8n instance at Hetzner Online GmbH (Nuremberg data centre); Supabase (storing the request); Slack (internal notification; transfer to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR)); Brevo (automatic reply). Retention: 12 months after your last message unless it leads to a contract, in which case statutory retention periods apply. Providing the data is voluntary, but without name, e-mail and message we cannot reply.
The site links to WhatsApp and Telegram. Nothing from these services loads until you click. If you message us there, we process your message and the details from your messenger profile (e.g. name, username, phone number where visible) to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in replying). Providers: WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland) and Telegram Messenger Inc.; according to its privacy policy, Telegram shares data with group companies in the British Virgin Islands and Dubai under EU standard contractual clauses. The providers also process data under their own responsibility — see their privacy policies. Retention as for contact requests (section 7). Using these channels is optional; the contact form and e-mail work just as well.
On the workshop page you can book a call through Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). The calendar loads only when you click "Book a call"; before that, no data is sent to Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes what you enter (name, e-mail, chosen time, optional note) and technical connection data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Transfer to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). Retention: as for contact requests (section 7). Cal.com privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.
Buyers can leave a review through a personal link (stars, short text, optional longer text, display name, optional role). The data is stored in Supabase. We publish name and review only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Withdraw any time at info@valorhub.eu and we remove the review. Retention: until withdrawal.
